How do I give feedback on the services I receive? |
We appreciate your feedback as that helps us to keep improving our services. If you have something positive you want to pass on to us, please let us know. If, on the other hand, you are unhappy with any aspect of the service we offer, please feel free to contact us.

How much does it cost? |
All our services are free, except for Supervised Access (although it may be funded by Oranga Tamariki, or by the Family Court if referred through them).

Do I need to be Catholic to receive your services? |
Not at all. It is not a requirement to be Catholic to access our services.

Who can use our services? |
We are a Catholic agency, and our philosophy and values are derived from Churches social teaching. We welcome the opportunity to work with all people regardless of their beliefs, religion, culture, ethnicity, and gender. We are non judgmental in our approach, and believe strongly in people’s ability to effect change.

How does Catholic Family Support work? |
It depends on the issues you face. Generally we will visit you at home, work out what we can help with, and then put a plan together as to how we will work with you.

Do I need a referral? |
No, anyone can use our services, and self-referrals are common. Agencies can also refer people by completing the referral form.
